Official Philosopher of Star Trek

My wife was recently grading an essay which referenced "Kirkigard". Was he the famous philosopher who piloted the Starship Enterprise?

  1. The way to remember the spelling is by recalling that the name can be anagrammed to form Rake, Dig, Rake.

Who says that one doesn't learn anything useful from Jeopardy?

    This is a joke, right?

And how do you get the right spelling from
    "Rake, Dig, Rake"?

  5. Rabbi Maroof, my husband asked me (disregarding that my testimony would not count) to attest to the fact that he is aware of the correct pronunciation, which he does use in speaking. He defends his spelling on the blog as adhering to the convention used in writing.
    That is quite so.
BTW: belated mazel tov wishes to you and family, and I never did get your address.
