template update

I did a little housekeeping on the blog: upgraded and changed the template and added some options so you can subscribe via e-mail and the feed. We'll see if I keep it...

    me too, i prefer reading the text down the middle of the screen.

    I found that using the middle gives me a much narrower margain and the posts tend to run longer. In the old layout I manually modified it to gain space. Lets try this for a week and see....
